  • About

Monroe Street Framing is housed in an historic prairie-style building which started as doctors' offices and served as a bomb shelter during WWII. Our custom framing work began at 2616 Monroe Street in 1983 and moved to our current location in 1988. This larger building allows us to provide a wide range of moulding, matting, mounting, and glass options.

We serve a broad base of residential and commercial clients and local organizations, including the Chazen Museum, EPIC, University of Wisconsin-Madison, Duluth Trading Company, and the Wisconsin State Historical Society. We also work with interior designers and architects.

Monroe Street Framing has always been, and always will be, locally owned and owner operated.
