Catholic Charities of Madison, WI is a private 501(c)(3) non-profit agency. We have served individuals and families in an eleven county area in south-central Wisconsin since 1946. The programs we have reach those who are facing the transitions of aging, living with a disability, in need of mental health counseling, having marital or family problems, need post adoption resources, live in rural communities, experiencing homelessness, or seeking help with alcohol or drug abuse. Our mission of charity is accomplished with the help of more than 400 employees and 1,000+ volunteers.
We serve and employ persons regardless of sexual orientation, religious, ethnic, racial or social background. Employees do not have to be Catholic to work for Catholic Charities. We are an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer committed to achieving a diverse workforce and maintaining an atmosphere of diversity and inclusion. We want our staff and programming to reflect the rich culture and diversity of our State and actively encourage applicants from diverse backgrounds to apply.
In 2014, 2015, and 2016 InBusiness Magazine named our agency as one of the "Largest 100 Employers in Dane County." Employees enjoy a supportive work environment and competitive pay. Full-time employees are eligible for health and dental insurance, 403(b) retirement savings plan, health cafeteria plan, sick pay, and generous paid vacation time. We also offer the 403(b) retirement plan to part-time employees working 20 hours or more per week, as well as pro-rated sick and vacation time off.
Our Madison office is located on the west side at the corner of S. High Point Rd. & Watts Rd., in the Holy Name Heights building.
