Catholic Charities of Madison, WI is a private 501(c)(3) non-profit agency. We have served individuals and families in an eleven county area in south-central Wisconsin since 1946. The programs we have reach those who are facing the transitions of aging, living with a disability, in need of mental health counseling, having marital or family problems, need post adoption resources, live in rural communities or seeking help with alcohol or drug abuse. Our mission of charity is accomplished with the help of nearly 400 employees and 1,000+ volunteers. We serve and employ persons regardless of sexual orientation, religious, ethnic, racial or social background. We are an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
In 2014 and 2015 InBusiness Magazine named our agency as one of the "Largest 100 Employers in Dane County." Employees enjoy a supportive work environment and competitive pay. Full-time employees are eligible for health and dental insurance, 403(b) retirement savings plan, health cafeteria plan, sick pay and generous paid vacation time. We also offer the 403(b) retirement plan to part-time employees working 20 hours or more per week, as well as pro-rated sick and vacation time off.
