    Care Net's First Care Clinic provides compassionate, nonjudgmental sexual health services to women and men facing a pregnancy decision. We offer help, hope and healing through medical services, education, a residential program and ongoing support. We offer pregnancy testing and verification, ultrasounds for dating and viability, and STI testing & treatment for women.
    We offer over 80 educational programs that range from healthy relationships, pregnancy, childbirth & parenting education. Fatherhood programs and STI education are also offered.
    The Elizabeth House is a residential maternity program offered for pregnant women ages 18-26. The 9-12 month program helps women set educational & job goals with an ultimate focus on independent living.

    Care Net Pregnancy Center is conveniently located on the east side of Madison, Wisconsin at 1350 MacArthur Rd, 15 minutes from UW Madison and 2 minutes from Madison College.
