Join us Tuesday morning of YPWeek for Rise & Grind: Yoga hosted by Madison Magnet. Early morning yoga creates a more peaceful, calm, and grounded day and is a great caffeine alternative. This class is limited to 15 participants and will be lead by Alyssa from Zentangled Yoga, LLC. She is a Yoga Alliance Certified teacher, trained in vinyasa style yoga, which involves linking breath and movement. Alyssa will guide us through a series of asanas focusing on correct alignment and breathing. Please bring your own mat (or towel) and water bottle and wear comfortable clothing. The room has floor-to-ceiling windows that open up to a beautiful patio; a serene, open space that is sure to provide a peaceful environment for YP yogis to achieve maximum levels of zen. Namaste :-)
