There are no rules for what your home practice should be, which can be freeing but may also feel intimidating. If you are interested in starting a home yoga practice but don’t know how to get started, this workshop is for you. Learn how to tailor your practice to meet your current needs, whether you have 5 minutes or two hours.
A regular home yoga practice can deepen your self-awareness, helping you more easily see what’s going in your body, emotions and mind. It’s also a simple, no-cost way to maintain your yoga practice when you can’t get to a class. Cheryl will share her tips for creating a home practice that works for you. Yogis of all levels of experience are welcome to attend.
