Instead of tossing and turning your night away, come learn some simple ways to ease your way into sleep. Charlotte will share tips and tricks from breath-work to meditation and yoga that will help you relax, quiet your mind, and rest deeply.

Dress comfortably--even in pajamas!--as we try some simple methods to help make bedtime feel like a treat instead of a frustration.

As a special treat, Charlotte will offer head massage during savasana, and we’ll have a massage therapist available for chair massages after the workshop.

$28 for Members, $35 for Nonmembers
