Event Description:
It's the perfect place to start your yoga practice, regardless of fitness level or flexibility.
Jennifer will review yoga vocabulary from asana to om, discuss yoga etiquette, and teach you what you need to know to feel comfortable and confident for group classes. Together, we'll break down basic postures, work on safe alignment and explore pranayama (breathing techniques). Sign up for a Yoga 101 workshop today.
