It's the perfect place to start your yoga practice, regardless of fitness level or flexibility.

Jennifer will break down basic yoga postures, work on safe alignment and explore pranayama (breathing techniques). Together, we will review yoga vocabulary from asana to om, discuss yoga etiquette, and get you comfortable and confident for group classes.
