Our Yoga 101 workshop is a great choice if you are new to the practice of yoga, regardless of your level of fitness or flexibility. In this 2-hour workshop, you will learn:
- Safe alignment of basic postures used in group yoga classes
- Simple breathing techniques used to cultivate relaxation
- Yoga vocabulary, etiquette and more!
To help you continue with your yoga practice, Yoga 101 workshop participants, who are NEW students, receive one week of unlimited classes. Private Yoga 101 workshops are also available upon request.
