Yin Yoga is a practice of quiet power encouraging an increased flow of energy (prana) through six primary meridians. This workshop will take you through two hours of a deep, supported Yin practice accompanied by a soothing world beat playlist. Add aromatherapy and this amazing experience becomes a healing adventure! Beginners are welcome.
Darlene Vander Hoop is a movement therapist and yoga teacher with over 35 years of experience. Dar will share her own hand-blended scents from the Earth during this expertly guided asana practice.
