The Wisconsin Book Festival invites you to join three-Michelin-starred chef of Le Bernardin Eric Ripert to discuss his recent book, Seafood Simple on October 10 at 7 p.m. This definitive seafood guide features gorgeous photography and step-by-step techniques alongside 85 accessible recipes for preparing incredible fish at home. Copies of Seafood Simple will be distributed for free to all attendees courtesy of a gift from the Cheryl Rosen Weston Estate.
