MADISON—U.S. Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano will speak at the Madison Civics Club’s first lunch meeting of its 2011-12 season Saturday, Sept. 17 at 11 a.m., at the Monona Terrace Community Convention Center, One John Nolen Dr.  Napolitano will address “The Role We All Play: Homeland Security in the 10 Years Since 9/11.”

Tickets for the luncheon meeting are $30.00. To make reservations, call 608-241-1158 no later than Sept. 12.
