Join Heather and Val Koschnick, 200 RYT yoga teacher and registered dietitian, for this important workshop about nourishing your body.

 

During this Members-Only event, you'll learn:

  • which foods have protective qualities for health and longevity

  • why how you eat is just as important as what you eat

  • basic principles of mindful and intuitive eating.

 

We know there's a lot of nutrition information out there that can be confusing and overwhelming.

This workshop is for you, if you've ever:

  • wondered which foods will give you the most bang for your buck

  • been confused about how to nourish your body

  • felt guilt or shame around food

  • have experienced a negative relationship with food

  • been distracted when eating

  • eat in a state of fight or flight.

 

Enjoy discussion, journaling and experience a guided eating meditation during this 90 minute event.
