The Spectrum Advantage is a comprehensive 5-hour certificate program, led by Deborah Biddle, that provides professionals with the essential knowledge, skills, and strategies needed to foster an inclusive and supportive workplace environment for LGBTQIA+ (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer or Questioning, Intersex, Asexual and the plus, which allows expansion to include more identities) individuals. This program goes beyond basic awareness and aims to empower participants to become catalysts for change within their organizations. Through this interactive session, panel discussion, case studies and practical exercises, participants will gain practical knowledge and insights to create a workplace culture that creates belonging, promotes equity, and enhances employee well-being.
