March is Women's History Month, and on March 26th, we are celebrating three (3) women writers who refused to stay quiet, refused to stay small, and used words as weapons against every expectation the world placed on them. So join Bartender 608 for the inaugural session of The Intoxicologist's Table, an intimate cocktail education series celebrating culture, craft, and community.
This FREE 75 to 90-minute experience features three (3) women writers paired with expertly crafted cocktails:
- The Zadie Smith (Tequila Paloma) — Bright, bittersweet, complex
- Angela Carter's "A Bloody Good Mary" — Bold, unapologetic, unexpected
- Maya Angelou's "Still I Rise" (Rum Sunset) — Layered, resilient, celebratory
Each cocktail is presented with both alcoholic and non-alcoholic versions side-by-side, ensuring an inclusive experience for all attendees, so feel free to try one or both!
What to Expect:
This is not a bar crawl, happy hour, or lecture. This is a salon-style gathering where 30 carefully selected guests explore cocktail culture through cultural storytelling, expert education, and thoughtful conversation. Kinda like bein' in a close friend's kitchen.
