The Loving-Kindness Meditation focuses on developing feelings of goodwill, kindness and warmth towards ourselves and others. Practicing this meditation on a regular basis will improve your well-being, improve emotional intelligence and boost your happiness! Join Sarah to discover the radiant, joyful heart within each of us and cultivate this gift.  This workshop includes a 60-minute yoga flow.
