Join team Deliciouser as we break down our 1/2 hog purchased from Wonka's Harvest (Hollandale, WI). With special guest Anna Giblets (@datmeatlady), whole animal restaurant butcher, this demonstration class will show you how to break down a hog into primal and sub-primal cuts.
