*Salad of shiso salted shrimp, applewood bacon, potato, soft-cooked egg, Togarashier
*Charcoal grilled Wagyu beef, aged soy sauce, Umamier, ginger, scallion
*Togarashier chocolate mousse, citrus, Misoyaki meringue, sesame oil tuile
