Name: Special Olympics Polar Plunge
Date: February 15, 2020
Time: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM CST
Event Description:
Since 1999, plungers and their supporters have raised over $20 million for Special Olympics Wisconsin athletes. Polar Plunge donations support the 19 different Olympic-type sports offered year-round, including National and World Games, as well as free health care screenings to ensure optimal health and performance during competition. The outcome? The opportunity for nearly 9,000 individuals with intellectual disabilities to experience joy, pride and respect. Pretty amazing, huh?

The world unites during Plunge season. You can plunge solo, on a team with your best friends, on a team with your favorite co-workers, as a school group, as a church choir, or really… however you want. We just want you in the water! The whole day is jam-packed with fun and festivities, and there’s certainly a way for everyone to be involved!
