RISE AND GRIND YPs! YPWeek is proud to partner with CONNECT Madison and Corey Digman of Digman Fitness to host a morning bootcamp at Haen Family Park. Come join your fellow young professionals for an awesome group training class. Group training is great for those who are looking for a challenge and need that extra support from their peers. This is a perfect opportunity to help each other in the group succeed at a higher level with fun games and challenges while becoming stronger and better conditioned! Also - did we mention it is FREE!! Corey is graciously donating his time (and prizes!) to help us get more in shape.
