This 3-part course introduces participants to the fundamental concepts and methods necessary to implement a quality improvement project.  Learn the philosophy of the quality movement and practical approaches to make things better.  Quality 101 will be a hands-on interactive set of workshops where you will learn a set of proven quality methods.

Facilitator Tim Hallock has over 30 years of experience teraching and applying quality concpets in a clear, fun and straightforward fashion.  Come and learn how to apply PDSA to craste and test change and test change to better met your customers' needs.
