Neapolitan Night - Wednesday, November 20th

Join Team Deliciouser as we explore the cooking of Napoli. Nestled in the region of Campania. Naples is the birthplace of some of the most well known Italian cooking. Tonights dinner features the famous Neapolitan ragu served in two "Deliciouser" courses.

Menu highlights:

* Seasonal Antipasti 
   Selection of salumi, cheese and late autumn flavors

* Octopus alla Puttanesca
   Cracked olives, capers, red onions, Bomba, parsnip purée

* Macaroni with Gravy 
   Sugo of tomato sauce and braising jus, pecorino

* Neapolitan Ragu 
   Braised beef short ribs, meatballs and Fraboni’s Italian sausage
   Tomato sugo, roasted potatoes, herbs

* Family style bitter green salad, citrus vinaigrette, 
   Shaved Parmigiano-reggiano

* Tiramisu
   Mascarpone custard, espresso, 
   Savoiardi, Barista sea salt

Optional drink pairing, as well as a curated selection of wine, spirits and spirit-free cocktails available
