If you want to start (or continue with) a meditation practice in a positive, empowering environment, this workshop is for you. Together, we’ll discuss the benefits of meditation, move through a short flow, practice breathing techniques (pranayama), and experiment with four different types of meditation.
Please bring a journal or something to write on and any props (bolster, blanket, meditation cushion) that will help you get comfortable.
$35 for non-members, $30 for members - includes a workshop treat and meditation to take home.
