About Wayne Strong: Strong has worked as a sheriff's detention deputy with the Hennepin County Sheriff's Office in Minneapolis, Minnesota and a lieutenant with the Madison Police Department. As a detective lieutenant, he was in charge of numerous investigations including homicides, robberies and sexual assaults. He is in no way connected to these cases, but offers his own professional insight based on 27 years of law enforcement experience.
