The Madison Early Music Festival (MEMF) presents Slavic Discoveries: Early Music from Eastern Europe - a musical journey through Balkan, Slavic, and Eurasian lands.

MEMF is sponsored by UW-Madison Arts Institute and includes public concerts, special events, and lectures on campus. Concerts will feature a great variety of sacred and secular music performed by world-renowned ensembles. This is a rare opportunity to hear music and learn about culture from Eastern Europe during the 13th-18th centuries. MEMF is internationally recognized as a top early music festival that features music from Medieval, Renaissance, and Baroque eras performed by award winning artists and faculty.
