Presented by Perkins Coie, this program will feature a conversation with Wisconsin Policy Forum President Jason Stein about referendum questions appearing on the Nov. 5 ballot, including two questions addressing facilities and operations for Madison Metropolitan School District and a question about increasing the property tax levy limit for the City of Madison.
