Improving your communication skills is one of the most efficient and effective ways for building long-term success, satisfaction and leadership potential. Using a variety of techniques including Non-Violent Communication (NVC) and Myers-Briggs Type Inventory Assessments, build your skills, become more conscious, and bring clarity and harmony to your communications. We’ll examine personality differences and learn practical tools and techniques with insightful discussions and exercises designed to help communicate more effectively and develop as a leader.
