Name: Introduction to Ayurveda
Date: August 22, 2018
Time: 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM CDT
Event Description:

Ayurveda is an approach to holistic health originating in India. Ayur means “life” and veda means “science” or “knowledge”, so it is often referred to as a science of life. Ayurveda views each individual as a unique combination of the five elements: ether, air, fire, water, and earth. Come learn how knowing the three mind-body types can support deeper self-understanding and discover practices for greater self-care, health, and well-being.

Presented by Andrea Russell, certified Ayurveda Health Counselor
