Help us conclude Mental Health Awareness Month with Mental Wellness Coach and Founder of Resilient Wellness Coaching, Callie Strouf, MSW, and learn how she has implemented mental reprogramming tools to help herself and others overcome trauma, loss and chronic pain.

Explore ways to combat feelings of weakness or shame when crises arrive, in addition to how to shift your perception to understand how these feelings are caused by programming in our brains and how we have the power to change it.

Calling on personal experiences, Callie will share how she utilized mental reprogramming and coaching tools so you can also learn to develop resilience, embrace your discomfort zone and forge your own path to wellness.
