During this workshop, Charlotte will share breathing techniques, easy ways to start a meditation practice, yoga sequences and poses, and other tips help you find a sense of quiet and peace. Charlotte will recommend books and other resources, general diet suggestions, and lifestyle changes that she’s found effective.
This workshop isn’t an alternative to therapy and other treatment modalities. It will provide ways to help you feel better and more in control of your own experience in a safe, nurturing space.
