Join Patricia Green-Sotos, yoga instructor and amateur hiker extraordinaire, at Bliss Flow Yoga on Saturday, July 25 from 1-3 p.m. for a short warm up before you explore the beauty of Hoyt Park together. There will be opportunities for asana, meditation, and identifying plants and trees along the way. Explore how hiking is the perfect compliment to your yoga practice. Patricia grew up hiking in the Himalayas and spends her vacations hiking in Colorado and the Pacific Northwest. She is a registered alignment yoga instructor and enjoys gardening and hiking in her free time.
Please bring a water bottle, your yoga mat and/or a beach towel, supportive walking shoes (no sandals or flip flops) and comfortable, yoga clothes.
