Please join us for The School of Business at Edgewood College - Smith & Gesteland Executive Speaker Series event, “Healthy Local Food Systems: Driving Business & Community Economic Development”, on Tuesday, April 30, 2013, 7:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m., at 1255 Deming Way, Madison, WI. Rick Terrien, Iowa County Economic Development Corporation Executive Director, and developer of the Wisconsin Innovation Kitchen, will head up a panel of social innovators and entrepreneurs who are leading the way in this emerging arena. Panelists include: Carrie Edgar, Department Head and Community Food Systems Educator, Dane County UW-Extension; Peter Robertson, CEO of RP's Pasta, and FEED Kitchen Incubator Advisory Board Member; and Mark Woulf, Food Policy Coordinator, City of Madison.
