We are looking for 36 kids to play in an afternoon Mini Golf Tourney. The cost is $12 per player and that includes the game, kids meal for lunch and chance for prizes.
We are looking for 36 adults to play in the evening competitions. The cost is $50 per player and that includes mini golf, driving range event, par 3 contest and a $12 voucher good for food and/or drinks.
Sponsorships:
(56) Holes available for $10 each at indoor and outdoor mini golf and it can have business info or a fun phrase (Gaby’s Green Space)
(9) Holes available for $40 each for tee box placement on par 3 course
(2) Signs or banners available on driving range all day for $100 each
We have free use (from 10am to close) of BOTH community rooms that have patios that look out over the facilities. One room will be for gathering and the other room will be a QUIET ROOM for those on the Autism Spectrum that care to use it.
Remember that friends and family can do both outdoor and indoor activities during these competitions so everyone can have a great time.
Autism related merchandise will be sold and donation jars will be present.
Schedule
11:30am-12:30pm Kid tournament registration and lunch time
1:00pm: Youth Mini Golf tourney
2:00pm: Award Ceremony
5:00-6:00pm: Adult teams arrive, register and eat
6:30pm: Miniature Golf Tournament with teams of 2 players each
7:30pm: Driving Range Competition with 3 balls each for closest to pin
8:30pm: Par 3 Tournament with teams of 4 players each in best ball format
10:00pm: Award ceremony
