Celebrate the first day of winter in a restorative, mindful, "heart-centered," expanded yin yoga workshop. We’ll explore the deeper, more hidden tensions in the body, using breath, focus guided imagery, world music, and aromatherapy. Experience excellent instruction to relieve everyday anxieties, grief, despair, suffering, as well as plain aches and pains from injury and age.
