Preparing for a 5k, 10k or half marathon? Train with a group that’s as focused as you are! This event kicks off with a 20-30 minute discussion about different running-related subjects like safety, nutrition, speed work, etc. Then, you’ll head out on a run around the downtown area. Meet other runners and put your legs to the test. This intermediate running group will meet on Mondays or Tuesdays for 8 weeks, August 21 to October 17.
