Come glove up at DreamBank! Coaches Jesse and Melissa of Canvas Club will be teaching jabs, hooks, and uppercuts in a series of stations, along with leading boxing classes. Not only is boxing a great workout for the mind and body, it also helps kids increase focus, reduce stress, and build self-confidence!
