Adaptive Leadership, developed at Harvard University, is a practical leadership framework that helps individuals and organizations adapt and thrive in challenging environments. It is being able, both individually and collectively, to take on the gradual but meaningful process of change. This course provides proven tools for anyone working to implement change in a dynamic environment. It offers a comprehensive and systematic approach to assessing the situation and oneself to respond more effectively to both emerging challenges and opportunities. The course is taught by Michael Mucha, Director of the Madison Metropolitan Sewage District and draws from his experience in a broad range of organizational and community change efforts.
