Event Description:
This course will cover the basics of how cheese is made, the science behind cheese flavor, and exploration of various cheese varieties, with special attention given to Wisconsin-made cheese. Participants will learn proper cheese tasting etiquette and how to prepare a cheese board that will be sure to impress. The class will conclude with an artisanal cheese tasting paired with Wisconsin-brewed beer.
