We invite all those interested in Healthy Aging.  Whether you are a senior or the family of a senior;  formal or family caregiver; social worker; case manager; nurse; nurse practioner or other support professional to the aging - you will find many topics at this conference which will help you learn about and face the daily challenges of aging.  At the end of the day, you will have a Positive Outlook on Healthy Aging.
