Eat Smart in Denmark by Carol and Katrina Schroeder
Event Description:
A book signing for the culinary travel guides Eat Smart in Denmark and Eat Smart in Germany will be held on Saturday, December 20 from 2:00 to 4:00 at Orange Tree Imports, 1721 Monroe Street. Authors Carol “Orange” Schroeder and Mary Bergin will be on hand to answer questions about Danish and German cuisine, and taste samples will be offered of the caramel sea salt pecan kringle from Uncle Mike’s Bake Shoppe of Green Bay. Uncle Mike’s was the winner of the North American Kringle Competition held in conjunction with the debut of Eat Smart in Denmark in September. All of the other Eat Smart guides from Madison’s Ginkgo Press will also be available.
