Join Heather for a Sacred Rhythms workshop series, offered 4 times per year as we change seasons, using the principles and practices of yoga and Ayurveda (yoga’s sister science) to help us align with the daily, monthly and seasonal rhythms of nature. Honoring these natural cycles can help us to experience greater well-being and a deeper connection to ourselves and those around us.
This workshop focuses specifically on the spring season, the waxing moon and postures that target the liver and gallbladder meridians and includes a combination of discussion, asana practice and meditation.
