In this Arm balancing workshop, Chandra will address the areas that are important to improve on, including strengthening your core and other supporting muscles, critiquing alignment, overcoming fear, building confidence, understanding technique and how to implement an arm balance correctly.
Chandra will cover some of her favorite poses, fun transitions to use in your daily flow, along with take away do-at-home tips to keep your practice going strong, with confidence knowing you are in appropriate alignment and technique.
Poses covered: crow/crane, side crow, scorpion, dragonfly/dragonfly variations, headstand and handstand
This workshop is for all levels, as it is not required to do every asana presented and no prior experience is needed, just grace and a willingness to learn.
