Event Description:
The 2019 Big Night Out series is highlighting the economic impact of Greater Madison's thriving craft beverage scene. Big Night Out consistently attracts more than 150 attendees, so this is a great opportunity to grow your network effect and support one of Greater Madison’s incredible craft brewers.
This installment of the series will highlight Wisconsin Brewing Company's groundbreaking partnership with UW-Madison's Fermentation Sciences program to create Campus Craft Brewery, one of the first programs in the U.S. that engages students to create, craft and market beer. Students formulate a brew based on a specified style, then work at the brewery and assist with the scale-up to full production. Big Night Out will feature on-tap access to beer created in partnership with UW students.
