Just in time for the time change - Part yoga class, part sleepover, come get yourself ready to sleep better!
Instead of tossing and turning your night away, come learn simple ways to ease your way into sleep. Charlotte Easterling will share tips and tricks - from breathwork to meditation and yoga that will help you relax, quiet your mind, and rest deeply.
Dress comfortably--even in pajamas!--as we try some simple methods to help make bedtime feel like a treat instead of a frustration. Charlotte will discuss lifestyle tips, share resources, and introduce you to short sequences to do throughout the day and at bedtime to help you find a restful night's sleep.
We'll move through a gentle, restorative flow and wrap up practice with yoga nidra. Bring your favorite sleep accessories (eye mask, pillow, warm socks, etc.) be prepared to get cozy at the end of practice. During savasna, Charlotte will offer lavender head massage to send you back into your day feeling pampered.
