Learning Objectives:

In this session, we will discuss the new workplace context in the 21st Century organization, unconscious challenges and bias, the journey, traits, behaviors of Inclusive Leaders, what you need to do to become an Inclusive Leader and both its internal and external benefits. Topics will be covered through discussions, self-assessment and activities. Leaders will walk away with actionable tools and tactics they can use to lead inclusively.
