Event Description:

Madison-area Urban Ministry's annual Beat the Winter Blues fundraiser, featuring jazz with Jan Wheaton, poetry, with Fabu, silent auction, food and refreshments. Proceeds support MUM's Mentoring, Family and Reading Connections programs for children who have an incarcerated parent, as well as programs for people returning to the community from prison.
