Baldrige criteria for performance excellence have been substantially revised for 2013.  This seminar with renowned expert Dr. Mark Blazey gives you a jump start on implementing the Criteria in your departrment or organization.  This two day seminar will be held from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm on January 23rd and 24th at the American Family Training Center in Madison.
