Join Kelly Fox at Bliss Flow Yoga on Saturday, July 11, from 1-3, for this special workshop. In this two-hour mixed-level workshop, you’ll learn yoga and meditation techniques to cultivate gratitude on and off the mat. Come learn how to foster an attitude of gratitude!
