Support the Red Cross and Wisconsin Lions in March!
The American Red Cross is proud to partner with the Wisconsin Lions for the second consecutive year to help collect eyeglasses and hearing aids that can be refurbished and distributed to those in need throughout the world. Collection containers will be available at all Red Cross blood drives throughout Wisconsin the entire month of March.
Every day more than 21,000 patients receive blood or platelets from a Red Cross donor. Through the generosity and support of the American public, the Red Cross can help ensure every patient has the blood products they need, no matter when or where they are needed. This March, donors will also have the opportunity to recycle eyeglasses and hearing aids – making them useful once again for someone in need.
