Dane County continues to have economic momentum, as demonstrated by continued population growth – particularly among Gen Z workers – and one of the highest workforce participation rates in the country. With these tailwinds also come headwinds. Job demand is still outpacing supply, creating a talent imperative.

How will our region continue to attract, and importantly, retain talent to close that gap?
